連一鮑魚鍾姓老闆涉嫌在2011年，炒作特藝石油存託憑證（TDR），16日遭到台北地檢署持搜索票、兵分8路搜索，並約談老闆及相關證人到案說明。晚間移送複訊後，檢方認為，鍾姓老闆供詞避重就輕，因此依《證券交易法》非常規交易重罪、串證之虞，向法院聲請羈押禁見。

據報導，鍾姓老闆涉嫌在2011年與前寶來證券何姓協理、王姓經理、陳姓組長聯手，炒作特藝石油存託憑證（TDR），寶來證券承銷超過4成，鍾姓老闆負責銷售控盤，並趁股價高檔時出清，獲利將近億元。

台北檢方今天指揮事務官，持8張搜索票、兵分8路搜索，並約談鍾姓老闆到案說明，還有相關人證約2、30人。

晚間鍾姓老闆、何姓協理、王姓經理、陳姓組長移送複訊後，檢方認為4人供詞避重就輕，將他們依涉犯《證券交易法》非常規交易重罪，有串證之虞，在晚間10時許向法院聲請羈押禁見。
