餐廳名稱：頂好哨子麵 消費時間：2013 年/ 11 月 地址：台北市大安區大安路一段73號 電話：02-27786498 營業時間：略 無音樂。有圖真相網誌版：http://leafphoto.pixnet.net/blog/post/101452013 =====我是分隔線====== 經過了大安路的哨子麵不曉得幾次了，但始終沒進來試試看，在這次之前，我沒吃過哨子 麵，一直以為是類似炸醬麵或者傻瓜乾麵這種東西。 這次剛好聚餐結束後，感覺上還是有一點空虛寂寞覺得冷，所以想來一點熱鹹食，逛遍大 安路好像也沒什麼特別想吃的，所以就進來試試看口味。 礙於Flickr空間，如果圖片出現破圖的朋友，請點擊該張圖片觀看，謝謝！ 1. 虱目魚丸湯 湯頭還不錯，魚丸也吃得出甜度，不過Q度就比較一般。 2. 招牌哨子麵(乾麵) 店家使用的麵是雞蛋麵，煮得剛好，吃起來不會太軟爛。 哨子麵的配料不少，有雞蛋、蔥花、蕃茄、香菇、碎絞肉、蝦米、木耳、洋蔥等，淋在乾 麵上吃起來有一點煨麵的感覺，單吃的味道就不錯，但我更推薦加上辣椒跟蘿蔔乾，真的 很特別又好吃。 後記： 東區可說是餐廳林立的戰場，但有時只是來逛逛街，想吃點平民小吃，其實東區的巷弄裡 也不少平價美食，分享給大家。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.193.205.218
