看了這篇文 心有戚戚焉... 感覺很多情侶分手幾乎都是因為"房子"這種事情... 小弟也身受其苦，先聲明 小弟不擅言詞 言語標達功能相當不佳 如有冒犯，請勿追究...只是想表達一下自己的想法與心得 不過如果要是全部都寫出來的話，太長了=_= 小弟先承認 我就像台上的小馬哥一樣自我感覺良好 希望大家鞭小力點 小弟跟前女友交往6年 去年農曆年完被提出分手 今年30歲，女友大我3個月 也算是30歲吧 房子大約500萬 預售屋 台中北屯軍福十三路 自備款前女友負責，小弟本身負責貸款 兩人當初在前女友家裡面的小公司上班 小弟時薪 1H=135 前女友時薪 1H=125 因為前女友跟他老母有些糾紛 所以被扣的很慘 我就提議初我先行離職去外面另尋出路 後來小弟因為興趣進入電腦公司接任維修工程師 月領23K 不含勞健保...
