歐晉德：特許期延長 票價降一成

台灣高鐵公司董事長歐晉德上午鬆口，只要高鐵營運特許期可以延長，票價至少可以降10%以上。

根據合約，台灣高鐵公司的營運特許期為35年，但日前已向交通部提出延長特許期為99年。交通部葉匡時則強調，高鐵公司必須提出完整的財務改善計畫，並非只是延長特許期這麼簡單。
