只注射麻藥　北榮成功置換主動脈瓣膜

【邱俊吉／台北報導】台北榮總心臟科團隊今發表最新手術成果，替一名老婦置換主動脈瓣膜，不但沒有全身麻醉，甚至無半身麻醉，僅在傷口附近注射些許麻藥，便完成整個手術，也創下國內首例。

今年89歲的廖老太太，過去數度發生心臟衰竭，且有肺水腫，必須接受主動脈瓣膜置換手術，但因歲數高，不宜進行傳統的開心手術，北榮先採用最新局部麻醉技術，導管從大腿進入置換，前後只花1小時，患者不但全程清醒，術中還能與醫師聊天。

北榮從2010年起在國內進行這項手術，已陸續完成近30例，現技術更進一步，連全身麻醉都不需要，不易緊張者甚至不必服用鎮定劑，手術僅1小時，術後第2天即可下床，平均4天出院，但健保未給付，患者須自費約100萬元的材料費用。
