27名將官晉升　嚴明親自逐一授階

【王炯華／台北報導】國防部上午舉行「103年上半年陸海空軍將官晉陞佈達暨授階典禮」，總統馬英九也出席授階典禮，國防部長嚴明親自為2014年1月1日晉任將級人員授階，包括國防部晉任中將6員、晉任少將18員，國安局晉任中將1員、晉任少將1員，海巡署晉任少將1員，合計晉任中、少將人員27員。

嚴明並親自為每位晉任將領授階，包括中將人員有陳文凡、陳曉明、蕭維民、霍立青、柏鴻輝、胡開宏、郭自勇等7員。晉任少將人員計趙代川、李宏滿、文天佑、陳建同、呂坤修、于北辰、程詣証、劉豐荃、洪金順、文上賢、夏光亞、周燕龍、敖以智、袁念熹、王瑞麟、許朝銘、曹進平、劉峯瑜、張元斌、許靜芝等20員，合計27員。
