內政部今（25）日表示，自明(103)年1月1日起，公有新建建築物總工程建造經費未達5000萬元者，應通過「日常節能」及「水資源」兩項指標，希望能達到公有建築物帶頭落實符合智慧綠建築規定的示範意義。

內政部表示，自民國90年起已依行政院所核定的綠建築推動方案，以及生態城市綠建築推動方案，要求公有新建建築物總工程建造經費在5000萬元以上者，應於申報1樓樓版勘驗時，檢附合格級以上候選綠建築證書，並於工程驗收合格並取得合格級以上綠建築標章後，始得發給結算驗收證明書規定。

內政部在11月5日進一步修正智慧綠建築推動方案，從明(103)年1月1日起，公有新建建築物之總工程建造經費未達5000萬元者，原則上也應通過「日常節能」與「水資源」2項指標，採由建築師自主檢查方式辦理，工程主辦機關並應於契約明訂必要時，得委請各地建築師公會、內政部指定之綠建築標章評定之專業機構等，於填發結算驗收證明書前完成確認，以全面提升公有建築物節電節水之效益。
