烏魚子供不應求　價漲2成仍難買

【方翊倩／綜合報導】今年東港、林邊的烏魚子，受捕撈、養殖數量減少，加上大陸需求量增加影響，價格居高不下，有錢不一定買得到。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，純手工製作的烏魚子，費時且手續繁雜。業者表示，今年因受產量減少，加上大陸需求量增加影響，價格大約比往年多1至2成，以市售2片重1台斤規格，大概要3400到3500元。
