嘉市二手家具倉庫火警全毀 無人傷亡

嘉義市大華路一間二手家具倉庫，今天(二十六日)凌晨發生大火，由於裡面堆滿木材等易燃物品，火勢和濃煙不小，還好消防人員迅速趕到加以控制並撲滅，大火並未延燒到周邊民宅。整間二手家具倉庫付之一炬，所幸沒有造成人員傷亡，起火原因正由鑑識人員勘驗中。

發生火警的二手家具倉庫，是一間用木材和鐵皮搭建的一樓建築，入夜後並沒有人員留守。附近居民表示，由於天氣冷，大家都窩在家裡，大火發生第一時間並沒有人發現，直到火舌和濃煙竄出，火光衝天時，大家才驚覺發生火警。

嘉義市消防局指出，倉庫內堆滿許多回收的二手家具和易燃木材，大火燒的又大又猛，猛烈的火舌一度威脅到緊鄰的多戶民宅，還好及時灌救，二十分鐘內將火勢控制並撲滅。佔地五十坪倉庫全毀，沒有人員傷亡，起火原因仍有待鑑定釐清。
