標題[請益] 精英電腦 公司福利 文化 氣氛?

最近錄取精英電腦RD 聽主管說team的氣氛不錯，是開放式溝通的風氣，不走台式官僚路線，績效有達到也敢給 加上主管實力不錯，跟到好主管是很難得的機會 (補充: team下班時間為7點半左右~) 看官網，似乎公司福利和活動也滿多的 小妹剛出社會，覺得滿心動的，不知道是否該再看看，還是跟人資確認報到... 想請教有無在精英工作過的版友，關於公司的氣氛、文化和福利?(剛畢業住家裡比較不在意薪水 怕自己經驗不足太蠢，被精美氣派的大樓給誤導 (主管說賣大樓只是高層炒地皮考量，公司背後有富爸爸撐腰不會倒的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 119.14.82.217
