台灣海陸運輸董事長豪宅淪法拍

【王筱君／台北報導】台灣海陸運輸公司(TMT)年中向美國聲請破產保護，董事長蘇信吉位「敦南藝術館」豪宅淪法拍，含3車位總坪數約169坪，明年1月8日在台北地方法院執行第1拍，底價2億3200萬元。
 
「敦南藝術館」曾是北市最高單價預售案，屋齡僅7年，屋頂「飛簷」造型顯著，104法拍屋總經理籃茂山表示，待拍戶無設定抵押權，債權人為國泰世華銀行，推測為連帶擔保品，「與市價相去無幾，拍出機率低。」
