【陳偉周、蔡進男／基隆報導】黃色小鴨在台灣，今晚首次在基隆度過「平安夜」，發起人黃景泰晚間與家扶中心小朋友、創世基金會基隆分院朋友，在基隆港共同點燈，度過溫馨、繽紛的平安夜，黃景泰並贈送霍夫曼版小鴨共6000隻，黃色小鴨點燈也從今天起，每天晚上5時開燈、9時熄燈，一直到活動結束，希望能帶給基隆更柔和、溫暖的夜晚。
