八里紅水仙溪遭染紅　侯友宜拆工廠

八里區紅水仙溪今年8月底遭不肖工廠排放廢水染紅溪水，新北市副市長侯友宜23日親自領軍拆除違法工廠，誓言「出重手保護台灣」。

據報導，紅水仙溪8月底被人發現溪水染紅，經環保局循線調查，查出堃釔企業工廠趁玉兔颱風來襲，將堆置、處理事業污泥與強酸廢液等汙水排放到溪水中，還一併查出工廠未領有合法清除、處理許可文件，廠房也是違章建築，提報公共安全聯合稽查小組將工廠拆除。

環保局指出，不肖業者抽取地下水處理事業污泥與強酸廢液，將混合4種重金屬銅、鋅、鉛、鐵的強酸汙水，直接排入紅水仙溪，空拍更可以發現台北港口被染成一片土黃。此外，不肖業者把未經處理，重達100噸的污泥，直接掩埋土壤，業者將依《廢棄物清理法》移送地檢署偵辦。

市政府23日強制拆除工廠，機器一動手拆除廠房，隨即出現刺鼻惡臭。副市長侯友宜親自到場監督，他表示，面對影響到市民的治安跟安寧的這些非法亂紀的事業，政府絕對不寬待。
