募不到兵 國防部去年保留近27億預算

審計部審計長林慶隆上午在立法院財政委員會進行101年度中央政府總決算審核報告，他指出，國防部公開部分預算歲出決算2945億餘元，其中保留53億元，其中除採購合約跨年度未完成驗收仍須持續執行外，剩餘26億8500餘萬元，是國軍志願役人力補充未如預期的人事費結餘。

國防部積極整肅軍紀，也修法遏止酒後駕車，但審計部查核發現，違法違紀官兵佔國軍官兵人數比例，仍逐年攀升，毒品篩檢呈陽性人數也增加，酒駕違規案件並沒有顯著改善。有待加強宣導。
