【陳家齊／綜合外電報導】美國一匿名網站whisper.sh，提供想大吐苦水又不想被發現身份的人一個發洩平台，使用者可匿名註冊，在網站上暢所欲言，成立18個月來每月瀏覽量已達30億次。

whisper在iOS或Android都有App，使用者打一段想說的話，就會自動挑出一些背景圖片與文字結合，然後張貼到網站上。
