針對清境民宿　檢方和縣府定期聯合稽查

【陳方瑩／南投報導】近日清境民宿事件沸沸揚揚，南投地檢署今天下午邀集經濟部水利署、國有財產署、農委會水保局、林務局及南投縣政府警察局、建設處、觀光處、地政處、工務處、環保局及各環境保育協會等單位，召開查緝國土保育犯罪會議。

針對清境地區民宿的後續處理問題，檢方與縣府有共識，由相關主管單位組成聯合稽查小組，每2個月進行一次定期稽查，及不定期抽查，以防阻新的違法、違建案發生。檢方表示，二年前已針對清境地區民宿、農場、住戶是否違反水土保持法、山坡地保育利用條例及竊佔等不法問題，組成專案小組積極偵辦中，已偵查終結者計80家，其中39家不起訴，18家緩起訴，14家被提起公訴。而內政部公布的7家非法民宿中，有3家先前涉竊占國土雖已獲緩起訴處分，不過依水土保持法而言，業者如因開發而發生「水土流失」的新事證，仍會重新立案偵查。
