侵吞鑽石案首開 葉兩傳：沒有侵吞 這是商業糾紛

知名廣告人葉兩傳和女友，因為被比利時一家公司指控侵吞27顆總市價上億元的鑽石，遭到檢方起訴。今天台北地方法院首次開庭審理，葉兩傳表示，這是商業糾紛，堅決否認侵占鑽石。另外，他也強調會拿出證據證明自己的清白。

葉兩傳因為被控侵吞鑽石，消息傳出來之後，的確讓人感到意外。比利時外商公司認為，去年以辦展名義商借70顆鑽石，事後卻有27顆鑽石沒有歸還，估計市價上億元，外商公司跨海提告，葉兩傳和女友則是被依侵占罪起訴。

不過，二十號法院首開，葉兩傳面對媒體強調，這是商業糾紛，他沒有侵占鑽石。

葉兩傳表示，他擁有鑽石的處置權，也已變賣，未來他會在法庭上拿出證據，來證明自己的清白。
