霸佔夜店廁所做愛　叫賣「火車便當」被拍

【突發中心／台北報導】網友們昨天晚上在Facebook上瘋傳1段名為「夜店廁所不要霸用太久，不然會被側錄」的影片，畫面中1對男女疑似在夜店廁所做愛，2人先用「火車便當式」嘿咻約30秒，但疑似體力不支，男子趕緊將女子放坐在馬桶上，再繼續「活塞運動」，還可以聽到女子的嬌喘聲，隨後想要使用廁所的人不耐久候，用力敲門，並怒喊：「夠了喔！」

該影片昨天晚上6時許被上傳，至晚上11時許，已有3萬5000多人按讚，超過1萬人分享。有網友表示，去這麼久的夜店，怎麼都沒遇到這麼好康的事；但也有人懷疑造假，而且許多網友指出「這PO出來會犯法」。

律師表示，網友在網路上分享該影片，恐觸犯「散布猥褻物罪」，而在廁所拍攝影片，也可能觸犯「妨害秘密罪」。
