日月光傳郵件簡訊刪除滅證　檢擬救回將查老董有無指示

半導體封測大廠日月光，涉嫌排放廢水至高雄後勁溪，造成當地環境汙染，引發民眾不滿抗議，董事長張虔生日前出面回應，排放廢水「非蓄意」，並允諾每年捐1億、持續30年當環保基金。高雄地檢署偵辦此案，日前查扣相關卷證和電腦主機，赫然發現10月的電子郵件遭刪除，懷疑是否與偷排廢水的案情有關？ 雄檢在15日搜索日月光K7廠等5個廠區，並將日月光相關卷證和電腦主機查扣帶回，發現10月1日日月光被查獲偷排廢水、10月5日未經許可透過海放管私排汙水，這段期間有關鍵涉案人的簡訊和電子郵件事後遭到刪除，檢方除了積極恢復資料外，也將追查這些刪除的資料是否與偷排廢水有關聯性。

檢方目前取得的資料顯示，日月光在高雄的15個廠區中，其中K5、K7和K11三廠的廢水排放管施工計劃圖，一開始就不完善，因此認定涉嫌違規排放廢水的嫌疑極高。儘管張虔生日前出面滅火，指稱10月1日排廢水是單一意外事件，也非蓄意私設暗管，但此說法引發高雄市府痛批，檢警也將追查這些遭刪除的簡訊和電子郵件，是否張虔生有所指示下令排放廢水。
