新竹以北山區防大雨　氣溫續降冷到周六

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局今晨發出大雨特報，昨天到今天清晨新北市山區已有局部大豪雨發生，高雄以北山區也有局部豪雨發生；今天大陸冷氣團影響，基隆北海岸、新竹以北山區及宜蘭山區有局部大雨發生的機率。

氣象局指出，冷氣團已經開始影響，氣溫將逐漸下降，入夜後中部以北低溫只有12到14度，南部及東半部也只有15到17度， 白天高溫在北台灣僅15到16度，中南部18到20度，一整天感覺都會偏冷，尤其北部及東半部地區因為天氣仍潮濕陰霾，濕冷加上風強的狀況，人體感覺會更加寒冷；該波大陸冷氣團影響時間較長，預計會持續到周六。
