犧牲環境成本過時　朱立倫：污染者重罰

【方佳怡／新北報導】重大污染事件頻傳，新北市長朱立倫今在市政會議重申，隨環保議題普遍受到民眾重視，任何對環境污染都不被容許，強調對新北市境內造成重大污染者，「首先一定要重罰，該停工或違章工廠該拆除」，貫徹執法決心，並提醒企業覺醒說：「犧牲環境成本 ，創造企業利潤時代早就過去！」要求經濟發展局勿讓違章工廠心存僥倖。
