涉違著作權法 王永慶外孫無罪

〔自由時報記者張文川／台北報導〕台塑集團創辦人王永慶外孫、二房長女王貴雲之子陳主望，自創「威望國際」進軍影音租片平台「CatchPlay」，被得利影視控告出租未獲授權的DVD影片，涉違著作權法與收受贓物罪，並附帶民事求償1000萬元，台北地院昨宣判陳主望、前總經理張心望等4人無罪，求償亦駁回。可上訴。
