涉嫌重大 日月光K7廠長蘇炳碩遭收押禁見

高雄地檢署偵辦日月光涉嫌埋暗管排放廢水污染案，昨天在約談K7廠廠長蘇炳碩、風管部經理顏俊明和廢水組主任蔡奇勳等3人後，其中，蔡奇勳以1百萬元交保，顏俊明請回，蘇炳碩因犯嫌重大、有串證之虞，今(14)晨向法院聲押獲准。

檢方昨天一方面傳喚K7廠管理階層，另一方面則會同環保單位再度前往K7廠勘查，查獲日月光K7廠涉嫌私設暗管，意圖將未經處理廢水，透過加工區廢水處理中心排放到大海，取得的新事證顯示廠方偷排廢水嫌疑升高，3名管理階層責無旁貸。

檢方昨晚也首度傳喚日月光公司K7廠負責操作排放廢水的游志賢等8名技工和專責人員，截至目前為止，日月光公司K7廠有11人被傳訊，其中，蘇炳碩被聲請羈押，4人交保，6人請回。

據檢方調查，蘇炳碩的供詞與證人證詞不符，並有串證、湮滅證據之虞，高雄地方法院昨天深夜召開羈押庭，漏夜開庭審理，認為蘇炳碩供詞避重就輕，並有串證、湮滅證據情形，今天凌晨裁定收押禁見。
