1.before的照片是假的、很久以前的，那麼影片內"開始訓練"的片段才是真正現在的體格的話，那影片就唬爛

2.before的照片故意打光且在刻意水腫狀態下拍攝，再配合修圖

3.用一大堆禁藥再配合利尿劑

4.假設before的照片是真的且真的只花40天又沒用藥...

隨便一個路人甲po個很壯的身材說自己練一個多月就這麼壯，你信？
結論，網路影片看看就好，能引起人家注意且討論他po上網的目的就達到了。內容真的假的，上面都說很清楚了
