三星叫S4燃燒的顧客不要宣傳

剛才在FB看到朋友分享一個PTT的頁面，在外國有人的S4產生燃燒的情況，結果收到三星的信件告知，請他刪除YOUTUBE的影片，並請他不得將此事宣傳，亦不得求償，他才能拿到一隻新的手機?

三星是這樣處理這種手機燃燒事件的嗎? 不知道台灣有沒有人遇到這樣的狀況?? 也是相同的處理方式嗎?
