消費者有幾個基本的想法。 1.老闆都賺很多怎會虧本。(嘴巴說沒賺，房子買好幾間) 2.殺價都要見骨流湯，因為我根本不要你的服務。 都說那麼白了，還不能殺嗎? 機器有問題時又回來靠北，要店家處理。 ( 心態是我怎會那麼衰用不到2年就壞掉。) 3.最好你倒了，我換別家。想辦法把你弄倒當是除害。 4.大家都是鄉民你憑什麼賺我的錢。為我服務到死是最基本的。 (可代入。大家都是台灣人你憑什麼賺我的錢。難怪你老闆要壓榨你。) 顧客是沒有忠誠度的。誰家便宜就往便宜的去。 -- 有本事。DIY自己做都不用看人臉色。 -- 少一點預設的期待 那份對人的關懷 會更自在.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.76.63 ※ 編輯: ballast 來自: 1.162.76.63 (12/07 11:56)
