恆春工商 潘冠瑋、朱怡婷餐飲技優

〔自由時報記者陳彥廷／恆春報導〕恆春工商學生潘冠瑋、朱怡婷前日於教育部全國商業類科技藝競賽「餐飲服務」職類奪得全國「金手獎」及優勝，其中潘冠瑋還曾是恆春國中田徑隊的運動健將，歷經高中三年努力，在畢業前喜獲「金手獎」第四名的殊榮，得獎學生都能獲得加分進入大學。

潘冠瑋表示，從高一就開始為商科技藝賽準備，覺得最辛苦的是「服務流程」的端盤子，因盤子又大又重，加上膝蓋受傷，曾練習到一半就要去針灸解熱，仍努力咬牙撐過，現在苦盡甘來，希望以後能進入高雄餐旅大學再精進。

獲得優勝的朱怡婷在十月一日才被教育部抽中，僅練習兩個月準備「五分鏡切葡萄柚」項目，一開始常削得像廚餘，且要花上半小時才能削好，現在只要三分鐘就能快手完成。
