【方佳怡╱新北報導】新北市政府昨舉辦身心障礙者巡迴畫展頒獎典禮，其中最年輕得獎者是年僅5歲、罹患罕見遺傳疾病「醣類缺乏醣蛋白症候群」的王子洋，其雙親開心陪同領獎，王母昨感性說：「醫生評估無治癒機會，但最困難時刻都走過，會好好陪他走到最後一刻！」
