小米擬推黑米機　商標早另有所屬

【大陸中心╱綜合外電報導】藉著《爸爸去哪兒》熱播，林志穎在微博上徵求手機商合作，想推出專為兒子打造「黑米手機」，小米執行長雷軍隨即回應表示，他們已註冊黑米手機品牌，樂於和林志穎合作，2人在微博上熱烈討論，不過現傳出黑米手機商標早已另有所屬。

擁有黑米商標的黑米科技執行長宋志峰，展示真正的黑米手機，螢幕約4.5吋，背殼為塑膠材質，規格售價都還未公開，宋志峰表示他們不會獨佔黑米手機的使用權，將會免費授權黑米商標，任何手機商獲得授權後，都能生產以黑米命名的手機。
