廁所排水水管漏水~請教維修報價

各位大大,小弟家裡最近一樓天花板出現漏水,比較家裡相對位置發現應該是二樓廁所漏水了
但是漏點卻不知道,一開始以為是浴缸旁邊的防水西利控年久剝落造成滲水,但後來越來越嚴重看了
一下滲水的範圍才發現可能並不是,詳情如下圖

接著小弟先做了簡易的測漏,在一樓地板漏水相對位置處鋪衛生紙,若有漏水就會滴到衛生紙上可以很明顯觀察到,然後開始接水管進行灌水測試
1.先在馬桶左側黃色排水孔處灌水1分鐘,發現相對位置一樓並沒有滲水的痕跡
2.在浴缸左側的排水孔處灌水1分鐘,發現相對位置有一滴2滴的滲水
3.在浴缸內的排水孔處灌水1分鐘,發現相對位置有3~4滴的滲水

因此推測可能漏水的地方應該是在浴缸與馬桶之間的排水管路有漏水
(不知道對不對,希望有經驗的大大可以指教QQ)

如果真的是這樣的管路漏水,把地板敲開重新換新的排水管路,不知道有沒有大大有坐過類似的整修
