政府打房，除了增稅．減貸等變相處罰外，還曾做過什麼？

張金鶚指出，與其課屬交易稅的奢侈稅，倒不如增加非自用住宅持有稅。他舉例，美國持有稅率是1％，但台灣只有千分之一，對有錢人而言，成為炒作、不斷買房的誘因。
張金鶚表示，合理房價，中央、地方都有責任，但只靠增加供給絕對無法抑制房價，中央地方應合作管控「房屋」「土地」價格，增加持有稅稅基，才可能健全房市。

政府打房是好事，我是首購族，手頭有現金３００萬，
但要買一戶２０００萬的房子，得自備二成４００萬
含３０幾萬的交屋準備金（新屋），
外加裝潢買家電等，缺口還少了二百萬，
原想找銀行貨款九成１８００萬，
誰知在政府的打房限貸措施下，沒一家願意貸我九成房貸，
退一步，原以為那８５％，貸個１７００總可以吧．．
誰知還是不行（政府限貸規定，最多只給貸八成），
依目前房價漲的速度，我的存款跟本追不上漲幅的速度，
政府總是說打房要避免傷及無辜，
想不到我竟會變成政府打房下的犧牲者，
難道是我的臉長的不夠”無辜”嗎／／
