郭瑤琪判8年定讞 綠批司法「辦綠不辦藍」

前交通部長郭瑤琪收賄案判刑八年定讞，民進黨反指責司法「辦綠不辦藍」，國民黨發言人楊偉中表示，台灣經過兩次政黨輪替和長期的司法改革，司法的公信力已初步建立，任何政黨和政治人物面對司法，都應該回歸司法案件的事實，積極維護司法的公正和公信力，不應動輒用「辦綠不辦藍」等政治語言，轉移問題焦點，傷害司法公信。

楊偉中又說，民進黨由上到下對柯建銘涉入司法關說案幾乎未置一辭，甚至縱容涉案當事人利用國會職權羞辱司法人員，這才是真正在打壓、干涉司法，請民進黨停止對司法的霸凌。
