標題[請益] 調薪是必定還是看公司?

小弟目前在傳產做了兩年多綁研替 但兩年多來薪水只多調了480元 我是國立碩底薪 只調了約1%多 也沒什麼獎金可言 工時平均10h 公司今年營業額也都幾乎有到目標 究竟調薪是每年一定會調 還是根本看公司心情。。。 我看朋友不管在什麼產業 每年至少都有2~3%阿。。。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.71.25.131
