傷口擦優碘殺菌　醫師：恐礙傷口癒合

【沈能元／台北報導】皮膚有傷口時，傳統觀念為擦優碘殺菌，並保持傷口乾燥，但如此恐阻礙傷口癒合。台灣大學醫學工程學研究所教授楊台鴻今指出，因優碘能同時殺死細菌、細胞，若優碘長時間停留傷口處，將阻礙細胞再生，影響傷口癒合速度，若傷口太過乾燥也將影響細胞生長，不利傷口癒合。

衛福部食品藥物管理署今舉辦「傷口敷料用得對，傷口照護快又好」記者會，楊台鴻在記者會中表示，處理傷口應先以大量清水將傷口沖洗乾淨，尤其是沙子、小石頭應注意清除，若擔心沖洗後仍存有細菌，可用優碘進行消毒，但優碘在傷口處僅需停留30秒，使用生理食鹽水沖掉優碘，再敷蓋敷料即可。

楊台鴻說，正確傷口照護須依「沖、擦、敷、看」4步驟進行，以大量清水沖洗傷口，並仔細檢查將傷口擦乾，再用保溼敷料覆蓋，再隨時仔細檢查傷口癒合，若傷口出現紅腫、化膿等異狀，應儘速就醫。
