國家不動產協會(NAR)周一公布，美國10月成屋銷售簽約指數連續第五個月下降，反應抵押貸款利率上升，房屋待售數量偏低及政府關門的影響。


10月成屋銷售簽約指數下降0.6%至102.1，下降至去年12月以來低點。

去年同期，成屋銷售簽約指數報103.8。

「10月上半個月，政府關門使得部份潛在買主退場。一項調查顯示，17%不動產業者公布10月銷售延後，大多係等待國稅局收入證明，以獲得抵押貸款，」NAR首席經濟學家Lawrence Yun說。

Yun說，未來銷售可望小幅增加，但因各項壓力，恐不會大幅增加。
