男子不堪被剝皮　討學費卻沒上課怒告前女友詐欺

新北市1名蘇姓女子在交往期間，屢次向劉姓男子要錢，劉男被甩後要蘇女還錢被拒，憤而提告。檢方查出一筆8000元學費，蘇女卻沒有就學紀錄，蘇女25日以詐欺罪嫌被起訴。

據報導，蘇女2008年與劉男在鋼琴酒吧相識，2009年11月傳簡訊給蘇男分手，交往期間，蘇女常以家裡要交房貸、蘇父酒駕要罰款等理由向劉男要錢。劉男前前後後，包含年終獎金等，約拿了20多萬元給蘇女。

蘇女和劉男分手後被發現劈腿，劉男憤而提起告訴，指蘇女詐欺。蘇女找來2名友人證明清白，檢方也派人調查蘇女家庭背景，發現果真如蘇女所言，家境清寒，蘇父也真的因為酒駕遭罰。

劉男不甘心，查出1條上面寫著學費的匯款資料，但檢方卻未查出蘇女有上課紀錄，因此認定蘇女詐欺，25日將她起訴。
