5.發生緣由:本公司所研發生產之敷美安膠原蛋白膜 (FormaAid Collagen Membrane)，

繼取得台灣衛生署TFDA上市許可後，再取得新加坡HSA上市許可

(Device Registration No. DE0014308)。

7.其他應敘明事項:此產品是由醫療級的纖維型膠原蛋白所構成，作為牙周組織

引導再生(Guided Tissue Regeneration)膜。在牙周病治療手術後，可將敷美安

覆蓋於牙周缺損處，引導牙齦結締組織在缺損上方生長，同時維持

牙周韌帶(periodontal ligament)及齒槽骨(alveolar bone)組織生長的空間，

完成牙周組織的再生重建，得到最佳的治療效果。
