【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣長夫人林素雲今天號召120名「社區家庭守護將」的成員，在縣府社福館創作1000個「勇氣娃娃－幸福守護將」手做娃娃，將會分送給縣內較為弱勢的孩童，希望能讓他們重展笑容，迎接往後的人生。
