頂新、泰山喊冤 葉明功：均應重罰

頂新味全與泰山油品均遭驗出含銅葉綠素，但兩廠日前相繼刊登廣告、召開記者會對外自清喊冤。衛福部食品藥物管理署署長葉明功今天出席2013台灣食品風險管理體檢論壇，他接受媒體訪問表示，兩家公司「擾亂視聽」，均應重罰。他更以泰山為例，指泰山與西班牙廠商一同召開記者會，是挾外以自重，不能讓業者如此誤導消費者。
