物價狂飆薪資趕不上　實質薪資不如1998年

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】主計總處今公布1到9月受僱員工薪資調查，員工每月固定領取的經常性薪資平均3萬7664元，比去年同期小增0.88％，但加上獎金和加班費後的平均薪資為4萬6778元，比去年同期減少0.23％，主要是因為廠商發放年終和績效獎金減少所致。若扣除今年1到9月消費者物價指數上升0.88％，1到9月實質平均薪資（含獎金及加班費）僅剩4萬5606元，比去年減少1.10％，收入水準比1998年還慘，倒退回16年前。

主計總處指出，國內的名目經常性薪資仍有增加，但近年加薪情況幅度較緩，以1998年到今年為止，消費者物價指數就漲了16.25％，但薪資的成長幅度卻只有14.84％，薪資上漲的幅度還追不上物價上漲。
