包庇劉政池？檢約前陽管處長 20萬交保

苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池，涉嫌竊占陽明山國土弊案，檢調為了釐清是否有官商勾結弊端，一口氣約談11位證人，而陽管處前處長蔡佰祿被檢方列為犯罪嫌疑人，21日晚間移送士林地檢署接受漏夜偵訊，以20萬元交保，另外，陽管處教育課長陳彥伯，以5萬元交保。

低著頭不發一語、走進士林地檢署的，是陽明山國家公園管理處前處長蔡佰祿，剛剛結束市調處訊問，他被列為犯罪嫌疑人，21日漏夜接受士林地檢署複訊，20萬元交保。記者vs.前陽管處長蔡佰祿：「是不是涉嫌包庇劉政池？」

苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池，涉嫌竊占陽明山國有地，大動作用12個貨櫃屋搭乘地下密室，怎麼會神不知鬼不覺，是不是官商勾結，士林地檢署一口氣約談陽管處11名官員到案。記者vs.陽管處官員：「前處長涉嫌包庇，你知情嗎？」

而現任副處長詹德樞，以證人身分接受偵訊，晚間9點被檢方請回，現任陽管處教育課長陳彥伯，則是以5萬元交保。陽管處副處長詹德樞：「我只是來說明的而已。」

蔡佰祿任內涉及北投纜車弊案，收賄800萬，遭判刑2年半，這回再牽扯劉政池竊占國土案。
