標題[心得] 今天面試了一家港商遊戲公司

今天去面試了一家港商遊戲公司的行銷助理 前三個月23k 之後25k(全勤再加1k) 想問一下現在行銷助理的薪水都這麼低嗎？ 這家公司真的很摳 他家人資兼法務一直在合理化這個薪資 還跟我說這薪資在同儕應該有前10% 我其實有點無言 我的同儕大都在銀行、長榮地勤、貿易公司 最低都有29k 所以我一開始開的薪資是28～30k 除此之外更扯的是 還跟我說回家後每個小時都要監測數據 我是不介意無薪加班個1～2個小時當磨練 但除了加班外回家還要看數據 好像新鮮人不需要有自己的時間 補一下這家企業在中和 大家之後遇到可以多想想 但我是鐵定不會去啦 ----- Sent from JPTT on my Sony LT29i. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.136.195.138
