說實話，房地產利空利多消息總是交替出現

拉長10~30年回頭看，總是跌少漲多，持續上漲

現在政府打防政策實施，提高利率，降低貸款成數+持續不下的房價

買房的難度越來越高。

可否請各位前輩分享，第一次購屋的經驗?

有時我不禁好奇的想，大家討論社會新鮮人22K的收入

大家抱怨物價上漲、水電雙漲、民生用品也漲...薪水不漲

在這樣的情況下，請問大家如何掙下第一次購屋的自備款的?

第一次購屋又是在甚麼年紀?

6.還記得第一次購屋時，準備了多少自備款呢?

7.購屋前後心理層面的差異?

ps.頭款大約存了多久?
