【丁牧群／台北報導】苗栗縣長劉政鴻的胞弟劉政池涉嫌竊佔陽明山國有地弊案，疑有官商勾結，士林地檢署昨偵訊陽明山國家公園管理處現任、前任共11名官員後，將陽管處前處長蔡佰祿、課長陳彥伯、承辦人謝文華3人列為貪污、竊佔等罪被告，並於今天凌晨1時許，諭令蔡、陳各以20萬元、5萬元交保。謝仍應訊中。
