公司 餐飲業 教育業 職缺 服務人員 授課講師 薪水 40K 前第一個月受訓只有車馬費1天500元 (受訓地點在桃園) 第二個月26K 第四個月後才會視情況調1~4千元 交通 騎車約半小時左右 騎車約20~30分左右 工時 10:30~15:30 17:00~23:00 9:00~18:00 中間空班1個半小時 午休一個小時 排休月休8~10天(一周兩天) 準時上下班 初期要上周六半天 之後六日休假 無年終 年假七天 優點 薪水高 發展中的公司 環境單純 到各小學講課 可休周六日 在大陸也有據點 需要人才過去大陸缺點 非常忙碌 待在公司時間長 薪資較低 離職有規定時間 難休到六日 沒在規定時間內離職要扣錢 (簡單說 就是簽約) A公司 服務業那個是一間火鍋店的工作 因為我從以前就一直在餐飲業工作(宴會廳) 算是比較容易上手的工作 他們是在發展中的火鍋店 所以現在積極的要培訓人才 等有店長的人選 就要在開新店了 主要是因為我想找休六日的工作 在上工時又長讓我有點猶豫 (吸引我的點是在薪水...) B公司 是擔任科學講師 主要是教國小的小朋友 未來會交到國中生去 就是會到各國小去授課 寒暑假會去夏令營 冬令營授課 這個是我完全沒碰過的行業 上班時間也算固定 也可休到六日 但比較猶豫就是薪水較低再加上投一個月只有一天五百的車馬費 (我做A一個月的薪水 在B要做快一個半月) 如果是各位的話 大家會怎麼做選擇的 謝謝大家的意見~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.225.124.193
