研究：性生活愈隨便　愈容易有自殺傾向

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】美國俄亥俄州大學的研究人員追蹤訪問全美大約1萬名青少年男女，發現無論性別，年輕時性生活愈隨便的人，日後出現自殺念頭的機會也愈高。

參與研究的青少年來自全美超過130間學校，研究人員先後在他們就讀7年級至12年級，以及18至26歲時訪問他們，發現約33%男生以及24%女生，曾經與「非交往對象」隨便發生性行為。

研究人員發現，出現憂鬱症狀的青少年，性生活較隨便，但其實每發生一段隨便的性關係都影響深遠，日後產生自殺念頭的機率竟會增加達18%，這個影響對男女都一樣，反映出性生活隨便的青少年，精神狀態往往比其它人來得脆弱。

研究人員認為，這次研究結果有助發現和幫助精神狀態可能出現問題的青少年，避免他們自甘墮落。
