標題[請益] 台積面試兩個部門

今天去台積竹科面試 本來一切都很正常 英文-->部門主管-->適性測驗-->人資 人資面試完以後跟我說"這樣就可以搂~你可以回台北了~" 但當我在七廠大門口換完證等計程車的時候 電話響了，招募部打來說:XXX同學~你已經離開廠區了嗎?? 我:我在廠區大門口 人資:那你可以回來嗎??(我驚了一下，想說我應該沒偷東西吧?) 我:可以啊，請問是要?? 人資:是覺得您很優秀想推薦給另一個部門的主管面試 (聽起來怎麼很像踢皮球?) 於是，我又回去面試了第二位部門主管 我想請問各位大大的是，在這樣的情況下，公司最後會怎麼做決定(假設有上) 是看哪個部門主管比較想要收，還是會有可能讓我有選擇的權利? 如果我心中比較想上的是A部門，但最後上的是B，還有轉圜的餘地嗎??? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.118.57.195
