標題[請問] 照片的所有權

有一個問題思考了很久 著作權中也包含照片的 那麼今天別人借了相機去拍了幾張，還給我 照片所有權是他的 只是如果今天我請對方幫我拍照，那麼照片也是對方的 因為應該是不分內容 可是這樣子的話，照片中的人，也就是主角"我" 可以自由使用照片嗎?! 應該說，這樣子照片權利落在誰身上呢?! 因為要拍自己的話，除了拿腳架就是請人幫忙了 謝謝!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 103.3.194.103
