【鉅亨網薛景懋 綜合報導】

全球性網網際網路通訊─雅虎(YHOO-US)，執行長梅爾(Marissa Mayer)決定加碼50億美元，實施庫藏股收購計畫，試圖尋求Yahoo奇摩入口網站之營運成長，以現金回饋股東。

雅虎今(20)日表示，為集資10億美元，也將發行至2018年到期的可轉債。

梅爾改變公司營運模式，將重心放於收購小型科技公司，希望能攫取新人才或開發新用戶。

今年7月，雅虎也曾向紐約對沖基金Third Point LLC買回4000萬美元的股份。2012年，雅虎賣出在阿里巴巴集團一半的股份，當時宣稱能夠取回36.5億美元回饋股東。

雅虎從2012年1月迄今，已經實施53億美金購買庫藏股，其中包括第3季的17億美金在內。
