油品產程染銅？食藥署：業者須提國際研究

【蔡明樺／台北報導】泰山向西班牙維多利亞公司進口的葡萄籽油被驗出違規添加銅葉綠素，兩家公司聲稱是製程產生，且質疑衛福部欠缺定量檢驗佐證。食品藥物管理署今開放國家實驗室讓媒體參觀，組長施養志強調，高效液相層析儀、高解析度串聯質譜儀的銅葉綠素定性檢驗法，經多位專家認證，且至少有3個品牌的葡萄籽油並沒有驗出銅葉綠素，「定性檢驗已夠精確，現階段不需定量檢驗。」

食藥署副署長姜郁美指，泰山、維多利亞公司強調油品中的銅葉綠素是製程產生，已有多位國內油品專家向該署反映此說法是「內行人講外行話」，若泰山、維多利亞公司能提出國際研究來佐證銅葉綠素可在油品製程中產生，應儘速提出，勿混淆視聽，否則不排除下最後通牒，要廠商噤聲。
